At TMP Africa, we are committed to building entrepreneurial ecosystems that connect African Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) to opportunities that enable them to scale, compete, and thrive in the global market.

To drive this mission, we have partnered with Spark Ventures (Berlin) and ESCP Business School (Berlin) to co-create the Entrepreneur Resilience Programme Africa (ERPA) — a 12-week entrepreneurial immersion programme tailored for South African entrepreneurs and business leaders.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

ERPA is a 12-week Impact & Sustainability Entrepreneurship Programme designed to equip African entrepreneurs with:

Through a structured, high-impact curriculum, ERPA integrates global entrepreneurial insights with localized coaching, helping impact-driven African entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
